Site Selection
Our hives are situated on select portions of private nature reserves and designated “green” areas in Magalliesburg and Knopieslagter close to Johannesburg. We strive to keep things as natural as possible with the environment being undisturbed except by naturally occurring game!
Honey Quality
The water source for the bees is natural spring water that seeps out of the ground or naturally collected rain water. No river water or commercial municipal water is available in the areas where the bees forage. This contributes to the quality of our honey
